Membership Duration:
This membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Scheduling & Attendance:
All visits must be scheduled in advance. Missed appointments without a 24-hour notice may be subject to a $105 no-show fee.
Household Members:
Coverage is limited to individuals residing in the same household as the primary member. We reserve the right to request verification if needed.
Scope of Care and Clinical Judgment
Our Unlimited Wellness Membership is designed to support your long-term health, healing, and well-being. While the membership allows for unlimited access to care, all services provided must be clinically appropriate and in the best interest of the client’s health.
The frequency and type of care, including but not limited to massage therapy, acupuncture, or other services, will be guided by professional judgment. For example, receiving massage therapy more than once per week may not be therapeutically beneficial or may even be counterproductive. In such cases, providers may recommend alternative care or temporarily limit certain services.
We reserve the right to adjust, postpone, or restrict access to specific services or visit frequencies if, in our professional opinion, continued use would not support your health goals, could result in diminished benefit, or may create dependency or imbalance.
All care recommendations will be based on clinical reasoning, evidence-based practices, and your ongoing wellness needs.
Exclusions:
This membership does not cover nutritional counseling, mental health therapy, or any services not expressly listed above.
Payment Terms:
Full payment of $4,999 is due upon enrollment. Payment plans are not available for this membership.
Termination:
Memberships may not be paused or canceled once activated.
Renewal:
Renewal is not automatic. Members will be notified 30 days prior to expiration with the option to renew at the current or updated rate.
