Here's what you can expect

Payment At Time of Service: For your convenience we collect payment for services rendered at the time of your visit. This allows us to focus on providing you with optimal care without administrative delays.
Insurance Billing: We understand most patients have health insurance. Upon receiving your payment, we will submit your claim electronically to your insurance company. Response times from insurance companies varies; however expect 3-6 weeks for an official response to the claim.
Refunds and Credits: In the event your insurance reimburses us for more than the amount you paid, we will gladly issue you a refund or credit the excess amount to your account.
Open Communication: We believe in clear communication and are always happy to discuss our fee structure and answer any questions you may have. Feel free to ask our staff about specific charges or insurance coverage details.

Understanding Reimbursement: Once your insurance company responds, we will have a clearer picture of the situation:

Full Reimbursement: If your insurance covers the entire cost of your visit, you won't owe any further charges.

Partial Reimbursement: If your insurance covers a portion of the cost, then we will you will promptly notify you what your pay responsibility will be moving forward.

Deductible Not Met: If you have an deductible which needs to be met prior to application of healthcare benefits, then we will notify you of the remaining deductible.

Claim Denial: If your insurance denies coverage, we will work with you to understand the reason for the denial and discuss payment options.
