We do accept insurance if benefits are available, including general healthcare insurance, auto accident claims. We accept HSA, HFA cards. We do not bill medicare or medicaid. However we do provide the necessary documentation for clients to submit for reimbursement. Contact our office for more information.

APPOINTMENT TIMES
Chiropractic & Physical Therapy New Patient appointments 45-60 minutes. Follow Up appointments are 30-45 minutes.
ATTIRE
We request clients wear flexible, comfortable clothes to all appointments. Something you are comfortable sweating in as exercises likely performed at each visit.
TREATMENT OF MINORS
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
