About Treatment Methods

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Dry Needling (Level 2 Certified)

Struggling with muscle pain, tightness, or limited movement? Functional dry needling, administered by your expert physical therapist, could be the key to unlocking relief and restoring optimal function. What is it? Unlike traditional acupuncture, functional dry needling uses thin needles inserted into specific muscle trigger points. These trigger points are tight, irritable areas that can contribute to pain, weakness, and movement limitations.
